We currently offer themes for Drupal 5 and Drupal 6. One of Drupal’s core philosophies is that it does not guarantee backwards compatibility from one major release to the next. This is ultimately a good thing, as it keeps Drupal lean, versatile, and fast. The downside is that most modules and themes need to be upgraded from version to version. We do create all our themes with the next version of Drupal in mind though, using future-thinking techniques as much as possible. Whenever an existing TNT theme is upgraded to a new version of Drupal, any past purchasers of that theme will get the upgraded theme for free, for life!
