Copies should preferably be presented at the same time as the original document. If Copies are presented at the same time as the Originals then a reduced certification fee will apply. However, if Copies are submitted subsequent to the Originals, then the full fee, as for an Original, is payable. If the document is a Copy of the Certificate of Origin, then the proper Arab-British Copy Certificate of Origin (a white copy printed with green ink) is the only kind accepted. In other words, photocopies of the Original Certificates of Origin cannot be certified or legalised. Whether the Copy is a Certificate of Origin, Invoice or Other Document, the Original (or a photocopy of it) showing the Arab-British Chamber’s stamp, must be submitted as a backup. Signatures on all Copies must be original signatures.
