In the MEDEX Enterprises board review course, if you just stop working on a particular expanded SOAP note and exit that page, the system will automatically store it as an incomplete file. It will be available to you whenever you want to resume working on it. You cannot erase it or delete it. If you choose never to complete it, there will not be any penalty and nothing will be held against you. It will become a part of your permanent file and our aggregate database. If a number of course participants also start the same disease and do not complete it, this information will help us modify the course in the future.
