What happens if I remove and re-add the feature? How can a customer install the mobile application again?
When pix2pc is removed from an account, the service will be shut off. If the feature is re-added to the account, the service begins working again, but there will not be a new WAP push message sent to allow the application to be re-downloaded. In that case, pix2pc must be downloaded again by using the following link from the device: http://mobile.prod.cb.ontela.com/cinbell1/jds/omsclient.
