Seek emergency medical attention if you think you have used too much of this medicine. An overdose of acetaminophen can be fatal. Symptoms of an acetaminophen, caffeine, and magnesium salicylate overdose may include ringing in the ears, headache, confusion, agitation, restless feeling, insomnia, hallucinations, nausea, vomiting, low fever, loss of appetite, dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), sweating, seizures, or coma.
