You will need to file an “updated” UMB Online Banking Services Form. The UMB Online Banking Services Form is available online (click here). You may print, complete and mail this form to United Mississippi Bank or visit one of our convenient locations. Your signature will be required to authorize the addition of the new account. You must be the sole or joint owner on the account.
