What happens if I need to get approval for an urgent Project Change Request, and the approval authority won’t be meeting for 2 weeks? Is there a way to fast track the request?

In case of an urgent change, it is possible to use an alternate method of obtaining approval; e.g., contacting approval authorities via e-mail. However, the CCS Project Change Control Procedure still needs to be followed, and a Project Change Request needs to be completed and logged.
