What happens if I need access to my Colocated server?
Colocation customers can come to the datacenter and work on their servers directly or they have the option to ship the replacement hardware to us or to buy it directly from us (if in stock) for quick replacement. We will reinstall operating systems and provide manual reboots at no charge. We also offer special fee-based Colocation support services, such as installing hardware shipped to us, procuring hardware on your behalf, etc. Please contact us at sales@workingboxservers.com for further details.
