What happens if I miss the bulk or metal truck? Will they come back at no charge?
It is incumbent on the resident to make sure the items to be collected are at curbside by 6:00 a.m. on the day of their collection. If it was not picked up because of an office error then we will come back for it. If it was put out after the truck went by then call and reschedule it for the following week making sure it is out by 6:00 a.m. on the day of your collection. Remember you have 2 weeks in which to use the permit.
