Attendance is mandatory for all three of your weekly regularly scheduled flight training sessions, and the weekly ground school class. If you miss a flight training session, you can reschedule with your instructor. Missed ground school sessions cannot be made up.

Attendance for your scheduled flight training and for ground school is mandatory. If a flight is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, the flight can be rescheduled and the time made up on a different day than you are scheduled. If Capital Airways must cancel a flight training booking due to weather, the onus is on Capital Airways to immediately reschedule the training time before the student’s next scheduled training slot and send notification to the student and CEL coordinator within 24 hours.
