What happens if I miss a payment, go on leave without pay (LWOP) or unpaid maternity leave?
The Ambulance Victoria Corporate Membership benefits remain current only whilst payment is received. It is the responsibility of the employee (ie. you) to organise alternative arrangements with Ambulance Victoria when on LWOP or unpaid maternity leave, where a payment will not be available to continue Ambulance Victoria membership at the due payment date. Please contact Ambulance Victoria on the Corporate Membership Hotline 1300 658 046 to organise payment in advance for the period that payment will not be received through your salary deductions. It is not the responsibility of your employer to make such arrangements.
