What happens if I make a reasonable offer to conciliate and the complainant refuses?

0

The Commissioner has no power to force a complainant to conciliate even if an offer appears reasonable. If a complaint does not conciliate and the complainant wishes to continue with the complaint, the Commissioner is obliged to refer the complaint to the State Administrative Tribunal for determination.
