Your application will be returned to you to the address given on your application form by DHL courier service. Customers’ credit/debit cards will be charged €16 for mainland Spain, mainland Portugal and Balearics and €21 for Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira and Andorra for DHL’s courier service by the British Consulate-General on receipt of the incorrect/incomplete application. When you resubmit the application with the correct documents/information you will be charged the fee again for the return of your new passport. That is why we urge you to the read the passport application guidance very carefully on either our Web or in the handout from Consulates, with particular attention to the required standards for photographs, countersignatures and documentary evidence of nationality.
