What happens if I lose or damage my ticket or Photocard?

If you lose or damage your ticket or Photocard you must call the Arriva RBS Helpline on 0871 423 13 40 so that a replacement can be issued. Arriva will issue a first replacement free of charge, but if this or subsequent tickets are lost, a charge of 25 is made for further replacements. This will be made directly to Arriva. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. Please have your card ready when you call.
