What happens if I lose my Passcode or PIN?
If you lose your passcode or need to request a new PIN, please send an email to currencycard@currenciesdirect.com or call us on 0845 351 0116 option 9. We will then be able to request a new Passcode that will be sent to you by email. With your new Passcode you will be able to request a new PIN by following the instructions in the email.
