What happens if I lose connection whilst using Mobile Super HiLo?
Should you lose connection whilst playing Mobile Super HiLo, you will be able to resume normal operation once the mobile signal is restored. Should you lose a connection whilst in the process of making a transaction, please check the ‘Bet History’ screen to check that your bet was completed successfully. Remember, a transaction is not confirmed unless a confirmation number has been issued. If you are in any doubt as to whether a bet has been placed call our Customer Services department.
