What happens if I leave NOPEC’s natural gas program and want to come back?
This can be a difficult process. You must first go back to the gas utility. Because NOPEC regularly sends out “movers” or “refresher” mailings, you are likely to receive an opt-out mailing within 90 days, as long as your name appears on the utility list requested by NOPEC for its next mailing. If your name does not appear on this list, you may have to wait for the next mailing. If you think you should have received an opt-out mailing call NOPEC at 1-888-848-7914.
