What happens if I have already cashed out of PokerStars to NETeller?
• If your funds have not already been credited to your NETeller account, then you will not receive your cashout to NETeller. If your cashout was automatically sent to NETeller when you requested your funds, then your cashout was declined immediately after your request was processed. The funds were returned to your PokerStars account balance. You will need to cash out again and select another cashout method on the Cash Out screen. If your cashout was not automatically processed, then your funds are in a pending state at PokerStars and will be cancelled and returned to your PokerStars account balance within 72 hours of when you made your request. You will then need to make another cashout request and select another cashout method on the Cash Out screen.
