Contributions will cease during an unpaid leave of absence. Contributions will resume upon return to work. Under the Premium Conversion and Health Care Flexible Spending Account you have the option of continuing or terminating coverage during an unpaid leave of absence as defined under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Options are detailed in the Summary Plan Description. Remember, in order to maintain coverage, your contribution must be paid by the end of the Plan Year.
