If you happen to get arrested while out on bail with us, we will call the person that bailed you out the first time and ask them if they’d like to bail you out again. If we cannot find someone else to bail you out, we have the option of taking a Surrender over to the jail you’re being held in to absolve ourselves of the bond. This means that you will have to bail out on your previous charges along with the new ones you racked up.
