What happens if I get locked out of MobilePC Branch?
If you get locked out of PC Branch, it is necessary to call DCU Member Services to reset PC Branch for access. If you have a custom password established for your PC Branch access and cannot remember it, you can request that the PIN be reset to the original 4 digit PIN assigned to the membership. This PIN will only affect PC Branch and MobilePC Branch. Once your password is set up on your PC, you may use your account number and password to immediately log in to MobilePC Branch.
