What happens if I get locked out of mBranch?
For security reasons, passwords can’t be changed on mBranch, they must be changed through NetBranch Online via your computer. To regain access to your account, your password must be reset. You have two options to reset your password: • If it was your third unsuccessful logon attempt, you will have an opportunity to verify your identity by answering your security question and entering your SSN. After you enter the correct information, you will be prompted to create a new password. • If the first option is not successful, please contact NetBranch Services at 210-945-3300 or 1-800-580-3300 (option 7) during regular business hours (Monday- Friday, 8:30-6 and Saturday 8:30-4).
