As with First Florida Online Banking, you must call the Financial Service Center at (800) 766-4328 ext. 1 [in Jacksonville (904) 359-6800 ext. 1] to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you must login to Online Banking for the first time via your PC. For security reasons, you may not specify your new password on Mobile Banking.
