What happens if I forget to send my broken electronic product after submitting a repair order?
A. If after a reasonable time CherryFusion has not received your electronic product to repair, we will attempt to contact you at the contact telephone and/or email number that you have provided. Should we not be able to contact you or you have not contacted us for 30 days from the time of placing the order, we will consider the repair order abandoned, and at that time, if and only if you ordered a shipping box, we will charge for the shipping costs incurred.
