What happens if I forget the password to access Maxilock itself?
Unfortunately if you forget the password then you will not be able to recover the information stored, or enter any of the URL’s. You may of course set up a new user with a new password and set everything up again. Your maxilock password does not have any relevance for the web-sites you access – you will however need to remember the login names and passwords which you’ve stored, so please ensure that these are secured somewhere independently.
