If you fail the Final Exam at one of our Approved Testing Locations, you should go back to a computer and review the course and/or take more of the Practice Final Exams. We offer Practice Final Exams for a reason. We know there are 50 multiple choice questions on the Final Exam so we try to better assist you by providing Practice Final Exams. You may take as many Practice Final Exams as needed until you feel comfortable and ready to take the real Final Exam. If you have taken the Final Exam at one of our Approved Testing Locations and failed you will NOT be eligible for a refund. This is because you have used an Approved Testing Location resource that is NOT refundable.
