If you are deemed to be ‘Not Yet Competent’ then you will need to wait 21 days before you can resit another assessment. By law you cannot fail an assessment at one RTO then be assessed for the same licence at another RTO the next week. There must be a minimum of 21 clear days (i.e. three weeks) between a fail and a re-assessment regardless of who reassess you.
