What happens if I exceed the minutes included in my paid AT&T Virtual Receptionist plan?
If you exceed the minutes included in your paid-calling plan, you will automatically purchase “additional minutes” in $5.00 increments at the rate of $0.05 per minutes and your credit card will be charged. Unused “additional minutes” roll over from month to month for up to 12 months. If you signed up for the AT&T Virtual Receptionist Unlimited plan, you are subject to a reasonable use limit of no more than twice the average monthly usage for all other RingCentral unlimited plans. You also may not use the service for any prohibited use (e.g., for call-in lines, call centers, conference calling or other high volume or multi-person calling purposes). You will receive notification if you reach this limit. If your usage exceeds the fair use limit, RingCentral, in its sole discretion, may either terminate your unlimited plan or immediately convert your unlimited plan to the paid-calling plan with the greatest fixed number of monthly Plan Credits and charge you accordingly.
