What happens if I exceed the limit stated in the fair usage policy?
If you exceed the fair usage policy occasionally and by a small amount then you do not need to worry. The policy is set to avoid persistent very heavy users from affecting the quality of the service for the majority of users. Users falling into this category will be contacted by the team at now to advise them that they are exceeding the fair usage policy and asking them to modify their usage patterns. If usage patterns are successfully modified then no further action will be taken. If however usage patterns are not altered then now will contact users again to advise them that the now service is not appropriate for their requirements and that their service will be disconnected.
