In case you entered invalid external mail account details in one of the fields, your external mail retrieval option will be disabled and you will receive an E-mail notification telling you to recheck your external mail account details. Thus, you will need to reactivate your mail account retrieval by correcting your mail account details and clicking the “To activate this account” checkbox.
