After you reserve a unit, the unit will continue to be listed online, but will be marked as “lease pending” and will not be able to be reserved by another party. If the signed lease and security deposit aren’t returned within the 10-day period, the unit will no longer be marked as “lease pending” and may be reserved by another party.
