What happens if I dont follow CEF guidelines, use lower quality product, or use a lesser quantity than approved by CEF?
As a CEF franchisee you are required to use only approved Quality and Quantities of products. When you decide to use non-approved items or quantities CEF will take the following actions; 1st offense will result in a $2500 fine paid within 2 weeks of the violation and the violation must be addressed within 24hours, 2nd offense will result in CEF taking over operations of your store, and placing your store available for sale. CEF will not be held accountable or responsible to sell the store to recoup any or all of your stores value.
