We have the same situation here with one of our clients (he is 16). He didn’t finish his community hours and was reported by the probabion officer to the judge and almost went to detention. However, I work for the attorney that was hired for him who was able to extend his time. Sorry to say that the judge and Prosecutor will support and listen to the probation officer or who ever it is reporting you. Not worth the chance your taking.
