What happens if I dont enroll during the annual open enrollment period?
If you fail to enroll during the open enrollment period, you will have no coverage under the Plan for the following calendar year including Time Loss Weekly Benefits and Life Insurance, as well as medical and other benefits. You also will not have the opportunity to enroll for coverage until the following open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event during the year. See your Summary Plan Description for a list of qualifying life events” and special conditions that will allow you to make changes mid-year in your enrollment elections.
