What happens if I do not apply for a Golf Membership in the Club within the 90-day period?
If you do not apply for a Golf Membership within 90 days from the date of your closing on the residence or homesite, you and the subsequent purchaser of your property may apply for a Golf Membership at a later date only if one is available, and only upon payment of the membership deposit which is then in effect at the time the membership is acquired.
