What happens if I damage the SD Card or accidentally delete the map on it, do I need to buy a new one?
You can take a back-up copy of your map on your PC but you will not be able to do anything else with it i.e. open it or copy it. Should you accidentally delete the map on your SD Card you will then be able to download the back-up copy onto the same SD Card. If you damage the SD card we will send you a new card for a small fee to cover the SD card replacement costs. You will need to provide proof of original purchase and return the original product to us. FYI – The map files cannot be copied onto other SD Cards. This is due to the security requirements from the map providers who want their data protecting in order to ensure it doesn’t get posted on the internet.
