What happens if I come to the United States and choose not to work for HCSI?
HCSI brings its nurses to the U.S. utilizing the immigrant visa EB3 program as well as H1C, H1B, and VA-based visas. These programs are designed to sponsor foreign national nurses to work in the U.S. to alleviate Americas nursing shortage. Visa fraud occurs when a nurse with an EB3 visa comes to the U.S. with no intention of fulfilling their contract to work with the petitioning company, in this case HCSI. If a determination of visa fraud is made, the result can be deportation and/or denial of the application for citizenship. The HCSI employment contract thoroughly addresses this issue.
