What happens if I cant pick up my flowers right away?
Once the order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified by phone and/or email. Flowers not picked up within 30 days after notification will be charged a storage fee of $1 per day. If you have made arrangements to pay for your encasement via our payment plan, we will hold the encasement until paid in full. After final payment, you will have 30 days to pick up your encasement. If not picked up within that timeframe, you will be charged a storage fee of $1 per day.
