What happens if I cant complete my training in the required time frame?

As at today, the six year window in which to gain fellowship is absolute. If a MO has been grandfathered and hasnt completed fellowship training within six years, the individual case will be looked at by the MOPCDC. If it is determined that the individual has made all reasonable attempts to complete this training but hasnt been able to do so because of factors beyond their control, the DFRT will be approached to consider the case and whether an extension could be granted.
