What happens if I cannot find a Doctors name, a diagnosis code or a ZIP Code in the lookup tables?
The process for entering a new item is the same for all three tables. Click on one of the three Manage buttons. If you cant find what you are looking for in the table, click on New, enter the ZIP code, the code and diagnosis or the doctors name and UPIN. Enter any other information that you have. Click on Save, and it will be added to the table.
