If an application is made more than 1 year after completion of the CA Program you will need to provide a full list of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) that you have completed since finishing the Program together with your application for membership. You can download a CPE record sheet from our website (go to: CPE Events /CPE requirements/record sheet).
