What happens if I am unhappy with the clothes Laundry Service of America has cleaned?
• With all due respect to the other services you have used or are thinking about using, Laundry Service of America stands out because if you are not happy, Laundry Service of America is not happy. • Just call your customer representative with in 72 hours of your delivery, ask them to pick-up your laundry, and redo them free of charge. • We cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear but Laundry Service of America will do what ever we can to get your clothes as clean as they can be. • Please do not get us wrong some stains cannot come out and some customers cannot be satisfied but we will try our professional best to complete both task and if we cannot Laundry Service of America will refund your money. • Our only request is, as a customer you are fair with your expectations, if you have holes in your socks cleaning them will not mend the holes.
