Tickets must be collected by 9:00 p.m. (21:00, Japan Standard Time) on the day before departure. (Tickets cannot be collected on the day of departure.) In any and all cases where a ticket is not collected by that deadline (including cases of airplane delays), the ticket is cancelled, and the standard fee is charged to your registered credit card.
