What happens if I am running late for a group class or have to leave early ?
As a courtesy to your fellow participants and in your best interest, we ask you to show up on time and stay until the completion of the session so that you can benefit from a proper warm up and cool down. Please be sure to review the schedule carefully as our group training classes usually vary in length from 45 minutes to one full hour. For avid spinners, we do often offer indoor cycling classes up to 90 minutes in length.
