What happens if I am on secondment outwith my Force/Organisation?

If you are working outside the Force, e.g. on Central Service, your normal in-force Reviewer can select a ‘Manual’ process. This means that the appropriate form will be created in ‘Word’ format and e-mailed to your ‘external Reviewer’ (line manager) for completion. Once completed, the form will then be e-mailed back to your Force/Organisation and attached to your personal record.
