Where a student completes a course which has an APS Course Approval Status of APS College Course Approval Failed, APS College Course Approval Withdrawn or where the course has no approval status, the APS considers the student has not completed an APS approved course, regardless of the fact that the course may have held a grade of APS College course approval at the time the student enrolled.
