What happens if I already bought K¹² courses and later get accepted into a Virtual Academy?
• If you are currently a K¹² customer and your student has an approved enrollment in a Virtual Academy, you may be eligible for a refund or cessation of future monthly payments. You must contact K¹² toll-free at 1-866-512-6463 within 30 days of your approved enrollment in a Virtual Academy to discuss your options. Materials purchases are eligible for a refund only when returned unused in the first 30 days of your course purchase date or course start date (whichever is later), OR a portion may be eligible for a refund in the opening year of a Virtual Academy.
