What happens if I accidentally use the PayFlex™ Debit Card for ineligible or non-qualifying expenses?
• Before using the card, you should become familiar with the list of Eligible/Ineligible Expenses on this site. Be sure to have merchants ring up your qualifying expenses separately from your other personal items so you can use the card. In the event the card is misused, you will be required to write a personal check back to the plan. If you do not reimburse the plan, the card will be deactivated and collection procedures will begin.
