A. Handpiece Headquarters has a complete 30-day return policy. If you have received the wrong merchandise we will send a pick-up order and correct the problem immediately. If the error is ours you will not be charged anything. If you have incorrectly ordered from us, you will be charged only for the shipping. * Note all returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition or an unopened package.
