Items you delete are initially sent to the Deleted Items folder. Go to this folder and drag the message back into your inbox. If you have emptied your Deleted Items folder by mistake, you can go to Options > Troubleshooting and recover the items from there for up to 30 days after you emptied the folder.

If you have emptied your Deleted Items folder by mistake, you can go to Options > Organize E-Mail > Deleted Items, find Recover Deleted Items and from there recover items for up to 30 days after you emptied the folder.
